NorthEast Electrical in Biddeford, ME is seeking a full-time Counter Sales Associate to join our team. Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.

You will provide retail and professional customers with a high level of customer service and support, including taking orders and assisting with online ordering. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent customer service, adaptability, dependability, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs with PIT equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Website navigation.
• Strong customer service/communication skills, electrical or construction is helpful.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Dependable and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work in a team setting
• The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75lbs using manual and PIT Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders over the phone, in person, and via our Digital Tools.
• Entering stock, special, direct, and back orders as required.
• Providing customers with information and demonstration of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website.
• Providing support to the Branch Manager in the transferring, warehousing, receiving, and shipping of stock and special material.
• Display and stock material in counter and show room. Participate in promotions as they occur.
• Performing other duties as required or directed by Manager.

Counter Sales Rep at NorthEast Electrical is the ideal position for a person who has a passion for taking care of customers.
