Amazon is seeking an entry‑level Hardware Development Engineer I to contribute to electrical and controls sub‑components for material handling systems within One MHS. You will work with senior engineers to design, prototype, and validate power distribution, layouts, and EMI/EMC considerations.

You will learn to develop drawings, BOMs, and trade studies while collaborating with mechanical, software, and project management teams to deliver reliable, scalable hardware solutions in a fast‑paced

Competenze

• 2+ years of hardware design and validation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Assist in design of electrical sub‑components for power and controls systems.
• Support development of electrical layouts, schematics, and panel designs.
• Learn to integrate EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, and PROFINET networks under guidance.
• Build and test prototypes to validate designs.
