Job summary

Amazon is seeking an early-career electrical engineer to design and realize next-generation industrial machinery for materials handling. You will work on power, control, and data signaling circuits, produce full schematic packages, and contribute to product data management and design reviews.

Daily activities include site visits, collaborative ideation, and cross-functional teamwork with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hardware design and validation experience
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent
• Knowledge of schematic design and debug skills
• Knowledge of current industry standards

Responsibilities

• Design of power/control/data/signaling circuits to applicable local standards.
• Production of complete machinery schematics packages using industry-standard software including panel layouts, multi-line diagrams, single-line diagrams, bills of materials, connection reports, and more.
