Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Construction Superintendent, Electrical in Memphis to lead on-site electrical teams for our Memphis Data Center project. You’ll supervise contractors and crews, manage schedules, and ensure high‑integrity power systems with strict safety and quality standards.

The role is full‑time and onsite in Memphis, TN, with relocation possible for other US locations. You’ll coordinate underground ducts, switchgear, transformers, grounding, and PDUs to support 24/7 mission‑critical

Qualifications

3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large industrial or mission-critical projects.
3+ years hands-on electrical installations incl. underground duct banks, high/medium voltage, power distribution, switchgear, grounding.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical installations for data center infrastructure.
Coordinate contractors and on-site crews to hit milestones on time and to quality standards.
Ensure adherence to electrical scope, codes, and safety protocols.
Maintain logs, drawings, and as-built documentation; manage project schedules and budgets.
Lead safety program and build a zero-incident culture; supervise foremen and crews.
Resolve on-site challenges and coordinate with other trades for commissioning.
