Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced electrical construction leader for our Memphis Data Center project. You will oversee electrical installations, manage on-site crews, and ensure adherence to strict safety and quality standards.

Based in Memphis, TN, this full-time onsite role may require relocation to other US construction sites as needed. You will coordinate schedules, lead foremen, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery with a focus on reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large industrial or mission-critical projects.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in electrical installations including underground duct banks, high/medium voltage, cable pulling/terminations, switchgear, and power distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations for data centers including underground duct banks, conduits, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, and grounding.
• Manage and schedule electrical contractors and on-site crews to meet milestones on time and to SpaceXAI's quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and SpaceXAI quality standards.
