Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee crews building data center infrastructure in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on high- and medium-voltage systems, grounding, and power distribution for mission-critical facilities.

This is a full-time, on-site position with relocation as needed within the US. You will coordinate contractors, supervise foremen, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering on schedule and within budget for a leading-edge data

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising electrical construction teams on large projects.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with underground duct banks, high-voltage/medium-voltage, switchgear, and power distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical installations for data centers.
• Manage contractors and on-site crews to hit milestones and maintain quality.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Maintain logs, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation for power infrastructure.
• Develop aggressive construction schedules and manage budgets.
• Provide progress reports to senior leadership on project status and risks.
