Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis is seeking a hands-on Senior Electrical Construction Manager to oversee electrical installations for our data center projects. You will lead on-site crews, coordinate contractors, and ensure milestones are met with the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of leadership in large-scale electrical builds, familiarity with NEC/NFPA 70E, and experience with data-center power systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with underground duct banks, high/medium-voltage systems, cable pulling, switchgear, and power distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations for SpaceXAI Data Centers, including duct banks, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, and grounding.
• Schedule and coordinate contractors and on-site crews to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance (NFPA 70E, NEC) on energized projects.
• Maintain logs, drawings, and as-built documentation; report progress to leadership.
• Develop aggressive construction schedules and manage project budgets.
