Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a hands-on electrical construction leader to own the night shift for our Memphis Data Center project in Tennessee. You will oversee underground duct banks, high/medium voltage systems, and power distribution, coordinating contractors to meet milestones with uncompromising safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading electrical construction teams on large-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience with underground duct banks, high-voltage/medium-voltage systems, and power distribution for data centers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical installations including underground duct banks, conduits, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, and grounding for SpaceXAI Data Centers.
• Manage and schedule electrical contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews to deliver milestones on time and to SpaceXAI's quality standards.
• Ensure all contractors adhere to electrical scope, delivering high-integrity power systems.
• Monitor night-shift progress and maintain logs, drawings, and as-built documentation for power infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce construction schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Enforce SpaceXAI's safety program to foster a zero-incident culture on energized sites.
• Lead, train, and supervise foremen and crews, promoting teamwork in a high-stakes environment.
• Resolve on-site challenges with a focus on reliability and code compliance.
