Job summary

InPwr Inc. seeks a Commercial Electrical Construction Service Account Manager to lead sales and business development for the service division.

You will be the primary contact for customers, driving satisfaction and long-term relationships while managing accounts and delivering accurate estimates. The role requires generating new business, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an account manager role, preferably in the construction or service industry.
• Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong technical understanding relevant to our service and industry standards.
• Estimating experience required.
• Ability to work in Denver, CO, and generate new business in the area within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Actively seek and incorporate client feedback to enhance the service experience.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with clients to review annual maintenance budgets and discuss current and anticipated electrical needs.
