Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2 years technical training or Construction Management degree.
• Experience in senior technician role and field experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC.
• Background in estimating electrical work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage finances, planning, and resource allocation to minimize cost overruns.
• Oversee service technicians and scheduling across multiple projects.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and material tracking.
• Communicate risks to protect installation quality and financials.
• Review work orders and client feedback to identify trends.
• Ensure timely permits, inspections, and approvals.
• Maintain client satisfaction and coordinate with customers and techs.
