InPwr, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Electrical Construction Service Account Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

You will be the primary contact for our customers, managing accounts, driving sales, and building long-term relationships while ensuring safety standards and high-quality service. The role requires 2+ years in account management in construction or service industries, strong communication and negotiating skills, and the ability to travel 25% to various Pwroffices or jobsites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional training or a degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an account manager role, preferably in the construction or service industry.
• Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong technical understanding relevant to our service and industry standards.
• Estimating experience required.
• Ability to work in Indianapolis, IN, and generate new business in the area within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Drive sales and cultivate long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and providing timely information.
• Manage accounts and lead the sales cycle from initial contact through final sale, including follow-ups.
