Job summary

InPwr, Inc. seeks a Commercial Electrical Construction Service Account Manager in the Dallas area. You will be the primary contact for customers, managing accounts, driving sales, and building long-term relationships while ensuring safety standards and quality service.

The role requires 2+ years in account management, strong communication and estimating skills, and the ability to generate new business within 60 days of hire. Travel about 25% and a focus on service division growth are key.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business, sales or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an account management role, preferably in construction or service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong technical understanding relevant to our service and industry standards.
• Estimating experience required.
• Must work in the Dallas, TX area and develop new business within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive sales.
• Prepare and present timely, detailed proposals and manage the sales cycle end-to-end.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely service delivery and project transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and project statuses.
