LVI Associates in Baltimore is seeking a seasoned Safety Manager to support commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction across Maryland. The role emphasizes field presence, building relationships with operations teams, and fostering a proactive safety culture rather than just enforcing rules.

You will work with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to ensure safe and efficient project delivery, full OSHA/NFPA compliance, and robust training programs, with

Competenze

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience supporting electrical construction projects.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• OSHA 510 and/or OSHA 500.
• NFPA 70E Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong understanding of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 regulations.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, investigations, and safety training.

• Lead safety initiatives on active electrical jobsites
• Conduct site audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments
• Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and employee training
• Partner with project teams to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
• Support workers' compensation, return-to-work programs, and reporting requirements
• Review subcontractor safety documentation and compliance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and company policies
• Maintain safety records, audits, training documentation, and EHS software systems
• Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across multiple project teams
