Job summary

EPC Services Company is seeking experienced Field Safety Managers to join our team. You will lead safety efforts on active construction projects, ensuring compliance and promoting a proactive safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction safety management, ET&D exposure, and a CHST certification. This role requires outdoor work, travel as needed, and strong leadership to drive safe outcomes on critical energy projects.

Qualifications

Five years of construction safety management experience.
At least 1 year of experience in Electric Transmission & Distribution (ET&D) or high voltage construction safety management.
CHST certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).
OSHA 30 (Construction) trained and current First Aid, CPR, and AED training.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel or relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead and promote safe work practices across active construction projects.
Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific safety plans.
Conduct site safety observations, audits, and risk assessments.
Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and one-on-one coaching.
Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
Analyze safety performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build strong relationships with project teams, contractors, and client representatives.
