Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two-year college or university certificate preferred; or two years of related experience.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety protocols and operating instructions; fluent English required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic project management applications
• No certifications or licenses required
• Work may involve outdoor construction site conditions and proximity to moving mechanical parts

Responsibilities

• Gather details to ensure accurate material selection and owner- or third-party information.
• Maintain and audit RFIs and change orders with project manager.
• Coordinate with other trades to align efforts and updates.
• Prepare submittals, takeoffs, schedules, and O&M manuals.
• Monitor QA procedures and maintain QA logs.
• Participate in project meetings and document decisions.
