Job summary

CORE Construction, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Construction Professional for our Boise, ID office to support mid- to large-scale commercial projects.

The Project Coordinator will liaison between the field team and project management team while helping keep project documentation, files, and information accurate, current, and organized. Work with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and other team members across construction-phase activities and project closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction, engineering, or architecture preferred.
• Basic ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Basic understanding of contracts and scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and assist with submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Assist with RFI documentation to the architect and distribute to trade partners.
• Assist with subcontractor change orders and gather Full & Final Change Orders.
• Record and maintain fully executed subcontracts.
• Create and maintain project directories and related documentation.
• Prepare and compile Operations & Maintenance manuals.
• Gather warranty letters and submit closeout letters to subcontractors.
• Coordinate with field and project teams to keep project information current.
