Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for electrical construction in Boise, ID. This role supports project delivery from kickoff to closeout, coordinating activities, schedules, budgets, and communications between office and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction, NEC knowledge, and experience with Procore or similar software, plus strong Office skills for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting construction projects, preferably electrical construction.
• Knowledge of NEC requirements and construction contracts.
• Experience using Procore or similar PM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with coordination and administration of electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Support field operations by coordinating activities and ensuring timely communication between office and onsite teams.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule or cost concerns, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain project schedules, activity sequencing, and resource planning.
