Job summary

Superior is seeking a Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects from a Fort Wayne, Indiana jobsite. You will manage schedules, budgets, and field coordination with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure progress and on-time completion.

Applicants should have at least four years of project operations/PM experience in commercial construction, with knowledge of design-build, hard bid, and $5M–$50M projects.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of project operations/PM experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M–$50M.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and manage project risk; escalate concerns with solutions to leadership.
• Create and manage the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage all finance requirements: billings, cost control, change orders.
• Build client trust through clear communication and collaboration.
• Chair project meetings and provide progress updates with customers.
• Coordinate materials across departments to ensure readiness.
• Provide leadership and clear guidance to the project team.
• Understand contract scope and negotiate changes as needed.
• Review estimates, designs, specs, and contracts.
• Ensure timely completion of closeout procedures and safety standards.
