Superior is seeking a Construction Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects forward on a jobsite in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will manage schedules, budgets, and safety, coordinating with the Superintendent and Foremen to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role requires at least 4 years of PM/operations experience in commercial construction, with relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus available. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Competenze

• At least 4 years of project operations/PM experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or certificate is preferred.
• Experience on design-build, hard bid, or negotiated projects within $5M–$50M is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Mitigate and manage project risk and communicate quickly to leadership.
• Create and manage the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Handle all project finance requirements including billing, setup, cost control, and change orders.
• Earn client trust through strong relationships and proactive problem solving.
• Chair project meetings with customers and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure materials are available and aligned with project needs and contracts.
• Provide leadership and clear guidance to project team members.
• Review estimates, drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy.
• Ensure timely completion of closeout procedures and safety standards.
