Job summary

Superior is seeking a Construction Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects forward at a Port Washington, Wisconsin jobsite. You will manage scheduling, budgets, and collaboration with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure progress and on-time completion.

We value candidates with 4+ years in commercial construction project operations, design-build or hard-bid experience on $5M–$50M projects, and OSHA certifications. Relocation support is available where needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project operations/project management in commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Systems Management or related field preferred; relevant certifications encouraged.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects from $5M to $50M is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of construction management software and field operations processes.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and manage project risk, escalating issues promptly to leadership.
• Create and manage the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage project finances: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, and cost to complete.
• Build client trust through clear communication, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Lead project meetings with customers, planners, and progress reviews.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure materials are available as needed.
• Provide clear leadership and guidance to all team members.
• Understand and negotiate changes within the project contract.
• Review estimates, drawings, specs, and contracts for accuracy.
• Ensure timely completion of closeout procedures and safety standards.
