Job summary

ArchKey is seeking a Project Manager for electrical construction with national travel. The role is onsite at national team sites and can be based anywhere in the United States.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with GCs, subs, superintendents, and unions, manage budgeting, scheduling, and engineering functions, and participate in estimating and safety program enforcement. Strong PM experience and engineering education are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with understanding of the project life cycle.
• Proficiency with construction software tools (Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, BIM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure alignment with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Manage staff transactions including superintendent and foremen selections and wages.
• Provide directions to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating, bids, and change orders.
• Ensure OSHA safety program compliance and document control.
