ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Electrical Construction with national travel. The role is based anywhere in the United States and requires onsite work at a National Team construction site.

The PM provides overall administrative and technical direction for electrical projects, with bottom‑line responsibility for profit and loss. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of PM experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid background in electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience and understanding of the project life cycle.
• Experience with construction software tools and estimating techniques.
• Knowledge of contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure conformity with design, NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents and union officials.
• Authorize and approve project staff, including superintendents, foremen, and wages.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and preparing bids.
• Review purchase requisitions, approvals, invoices and change orders.
