Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager for electrical construction with national travel. The role will be based in the United States and work onsite at national team sites.

You will provide administrative and technical direction, supporting projects from planning through execution. The position carries bottom-line responsibility for project profit and loss and requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience with solid PM training and lifecycle understanding.
• Familiarity with construction software tools and estimating, budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents and union officials.
• Approve project staff transactions, including supervision selection, wages and staffing levels.
• Provide directions to planning, scheduling and engineering functions and assist in bid proposals.
