Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for Electrical Construction with national travel. You will provide admin and technical direction for electrical projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to codes, budgets, and schedules while coordinating diverse teams.

The role requires a bachelor's in a related field and 3–5 years PM experience, with proficiency in common construction software and good analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, codes and safety (OSHA).
• Experience with construction software and estimating techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and design effort to meet design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among GC, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Approve project staff appointments and wages.
• Guide planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Assist in estimating projects and bid proposals.
• Review requisitions, approvals, invoices, and change orders.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
• Contribute to customer maintenance and sales activities.
