Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for electrical construction with national travel. The role can be based anywhere in the United States and requires onsite work at a National Team construction site.

You will oversee all construction activities, provide technical direction, and drive profit and loss responsibilities. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, planning, and safety standards is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, BIM).
• Knowledge of electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design to ensure alignment with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and project staff.
• Approve project staff transactions including selections of leadership roles.
• Provide directions to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions, payments, and change orders.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
• Understand labor agreements and project-specific standards.
