Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Project Manager for electrical construction with national travel. You will oversee projects, coordinate with contractors and unions, and ensure compliance with NEC, budgets, and schedules. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years PM experience, a relevant engineering/construction degree, and proficiency with industry software such as Procore and BIM tools. This role requires travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience and full project life cycle knowledge.
• Experience with construction software tools (Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, BIM) and estimating techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Approve project staff selections, wages, and priorities; direct planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Assist in estimating projects and preparing bid proposals.
