Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Project Manager for Electrical Construction with national travel. You will provide overall administrative and technical direction for electrical projects, managing profit and loss and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and field staff.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years PM experience, proficiency with construction software, and willingness to travel nationwide to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience required with PM life cycle understanding.
• Experience with construction software tools (Procore, Revit, CAD, BIM) preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, and mathematical skills with OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to meet specs, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and unions.
• Approve staff assignments, wages, and project staffing decisions.
• Guide planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Assist in estimating, bidding, and proposal writing for projects.
• Review purchasing, invoicing, change orders, and approvals; ensure safety compliance.
