Job summary

You will develop schedules, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering and 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years PM in electrical construction.
• Experience managing projects through budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
• Strong leadership and client relation skills; ability to read drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage assigned electrical construction projects from turnover through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with field leadership.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review documents for completeness and constructability.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and billing status; prepare cost projections.
