Job summary

Service Complete Electric is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Florida to lead commercial electrical projects from planning through execution. You will manage budgets, schedules, and scope, and collaborate with Superintendents and field teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management skills, with experience using Accubid, ACC, Bluebeam, and Excel. A PMP/PE/OSHA 30 is a plus. Occasional travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3–5 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction or electrical.
• 10+ years in the construction or commercial electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficient in Accubid Pro and/or Accubid Change Order.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• PMP, PE, or OSHA 30 certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate estimates and align scope with field execution plans.
• Develop project budgets and create effective SOVs.
• Establish communication protocols and reporting structures.
• Lead weekly internal project meetings with PM, PE, PA, Superintendent, Safety, and BIM.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and GCs to maintain alignment and resolve challenges.
• Provide updates to clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality controls.
