Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Florida seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and multifamily electrical projects across Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando. You will work closely with field leadership to own project execution, client communications, and financial performance.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical PM, strong budgeting, scheduling, and drawing interpretation, plus the ability to coordinate materials, subcontractors, and change orders to meet safety and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical project management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience on commercial and multifamily electrical projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, procurement and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from turnover and planning through final completion.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, labor forecasts and cost-to-complete projections.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors and field staffing needs.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts and project documentation.
• Review progress, labor productivity, billings and cash collection with project teams.
• Coordinate phased building or unit turnover and utility interfaces where applicable.
• Lead project meetings and address safety, quality and schedule concerns with field leaders.
