Qualifications

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a Florida State JLA (Jessica Lunsford Act) Badge and Journeyman's license.
• Preferred 10+ years of commercial electrical experience and 3+ years of site supervision.
• 3+ years of project management experience and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate with clients to inform project status and issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare detailed project plans and schedules for crews.
• Review blueprints and schematics to assess project feasibility.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors per plan.
• Manage project budgets to stay within client-approved limits.
• Ensure proper training for team members on safety and efficiency.
• Utilize Excel, Project, Bluebeam, Procore, and Outlook for project management.
