Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is expanding its Multi-Family Division and seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

You will act as a liaison among field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, gaining hands-on project management experience.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of low-voltage or electrical construction experience preferred.
• Experience in coordination, lead, or supervisory roles is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with overall project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, equipment, and manpower for field operations.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure requirements are met.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track costs, budgets, and forecasts; identify risks or overruns.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support inspections and closeout documentation.
