Qualifications

Three years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
Advanced knowledge of construction and time management.
Advanced knowledge of NEC electrical codes.
Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, transformers, and control systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage electricians and apprentices, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality.
Train new hires and provide ongoing development opportunities.
Plan and schedule electrical work to meet deadlines and allocate labor/resources.
Manage procurement, inventory, and proper use of materials and equipment.
Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Document progress, labor hours, safety incidents, and material usage; prepare reports.
