Job summary

You will analyze project performance, prepare regional financial reports, and work with field leadership to maintain schedules, quality, and profitability while managing contracts and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent knowledge/experience).
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, coordination, and subcontractor/vendor management.
• Develop and control project budgets, invoicing, and cost reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance across projects.
• Analyze reports, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Report to Roanoke, VA office and collaborate with field leadership.
