Job summary

Service Electric Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects with autonomy and accountability. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, execute contracts, and prepare regional financial reports while upholding safety and compliance standards.

The role requires planning, cost control, and strong communication with field leadership and customers to deliver on-time, high-quality results across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, schedules, purchase orders and sub-contracts.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor resources.
• Establish contracts and coordinate resources and billing with Project Managers and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements across all projects.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop work plans with Field Leadership and review performance.
