Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead the installation of assigned electrical projects in Roanoke and surrounding areas. This role includes training apprentices, supervising crews, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will mentor helpers, coordinate with customers, and oversee from start to finish. A valid driver’s license is required; journeyman or master electrician is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman or Master electrician preferred.
• Leadership and mentoring skills needed.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel on electrical building projects.
• Assign tasks, inspect work, read blueprints, and manage customer relations.
• Instruct and mentor apprentices and helpers.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
