Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, schedules, purchase orders and sub-contracts.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor resources and billing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and regional financial reports.
• Manage project execution and field performance with leadership input.
• Meet with field leadership to develop work plans and review progress.
