Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex site projects from planning through closeout in Roanoke, VA.

You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safe, quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has several years of electrical PM experience on large-scale sites, strong scheduling skills (Primavera P6), and proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Associates degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience on site projects over $20M+.
• Experience using P6 scheduling software, MS Office, Financial software and/or PM software.
• Must have PM experience running multiple projects simultaneously.
• Has managed multiple site projects and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing, training, and mentoring the PE staff.
• Assist and advise on workforce management, contracting strategies, and financial management.
• Assist in developing new business opportunities relative to a client or group of clients and foster owner relationships.
• Authority on contract between Owner, GC, etc. and the Company for effective project administration.
• Responsible for all aspects of the project’s contract management, planning, scheduling, budget, quality, safety, and employee development.
• Responsible for profit margins and all financial aspects of assigned construction project(s).
• Collaboratively aid in drafting and execution of subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Review and approve monthly subcontractor pay requisitions.
• Responsible for schedule development and updates with project staff.
• Prepare monthly financial projections and reports; communicate changes and status monthly.
• Develop an effective plan and schedule with Superintendent to meet project goals.
• Adhere to contract terms, ensure quality, minimize costs, and promote safety.
