Job summary

ERMCO, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Service Department to oversee electrical construction projects from office or job site. You will manage budgets, schedules, and staffing while maintaining client relationships and project deliverables.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with oversight across departments to allocate resources and ensure safety compliance. In-office and on-site work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 4 years of construction experience.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects with timelines, budgets, and quality controls.
• Coordinate with operations executives to review ongoing projects.
• Review contracts with Prime contracts per SOP before submission.
• Develop initial project budgets per SOP and manage staffing.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and optimize resources.
