Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support electrical construction projects on site in Texas. You will assist the PM with daily operation, scheduling, procurement tracking, and field coordination to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires strong communication, blueprint reading, and organizational skills with experience in construction project management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field preferred or equivalent field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in managing day-to-day project operations and administrative tasks.
• Support the preparation, review, and tracking of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs.
• Help organize weekly project schedules, manpower plans, material deliveries, and long-lead tracking.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes or action items.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely distribution of updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and safety standards.
