Enterprise Electrical in Texas seeks a Project Manager I to independently manage small to mid-sized electrical construction projects, owning execution, cost tracking, and coordination between field and office teams to meet contract, schedule, and budget goals.

The role emphasizes procurement, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, change orders, and client communications. A Bachelor’s in a related field and OSHA-10 are preferred, with travel to local sites expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to job sites.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders and document control.
• Electrical construction experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and lookaheads.
• Manage project costs including budgets and forecasting.
• Prepare and track change orders; negotiate within authority.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and procurement.
• Oversee owner billing and AIA applications.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
