Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-project directions and oversee the financial outcomes for electrical construction initiatives. You will manage project managers and assistants, while developing opportunities with current and potential clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, a PE license is a plus, and extensive experience in the field. Expect travel and a fast-paced, safety-conscious workplace committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Supervise a staff of project managers and assistants.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders; manage logs and reporting.
• Maintain liaison with client and A/E to facilitate construction.
• Ensure project is on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
