Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning to risk management.
• Review technical requirements, scope, and timelines during handoff.
• Track milestones and on-site execution using PM tools.
• Lead project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with other trades to minimize disruption.
• Manage closeout activities including punch lists and warranty handoff.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for EESS activities.
• Promote safety initiatives with District Operations.
• Oversee project finances: cost control, change orders, risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with commercial ops, sales engineers, and tech support.
• Implement strategic program-level changes from Strategic Operations.
• Mentor team members to build capability.
• Travel up to 25%.
