Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor, Electrical to lead a crew on the Starbase Infrastructure site in Brownsville, TX. You will oversee field logistics, safety, and coordination with engineering and project management to meet schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2+ years in engineering, construction management, or facilities management, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of a fast-paced construction project and supervise a team of laborers and contractors.
• Plan and enforce construction site logistics to enable project goals and schedules.
• Manage construction assets (trailers, porta-jab, rental equipment) and enforce SpaceX safety policies.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management to create and update worker/subcontractor schedules.
• Maintain daily job site operations log and report to management as needed.
