Job summary

Rosendin Electric seeks an Engineer II to provide technical engineering support, ensuring project compliance with standards and codes. You will lead teams, review submittals, and develop power, lighting, and control designs for state-of-the-art projects.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering, 2+ years of experience, and PE registration pursuit. LEED AP is desired. Travel up to 25% may be required, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and client interface.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years engineering experience.
• Engineer-In-Training may apply; pursue PE registration encouraged.
• LEED AP is desired for this position.
• Combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff on project scope.
• Review submittals and coordinate with Engineer of Record.
• Develop power, lighting, and auxiliary system designs.
• Prepare single-line diagrams and protection sizing.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical trades.
• Visit job sites for field surveys and on-site assignments.
• Conduct short circuit, arc flash, and coordination studies.
• Attend design team meetings with clients and vendors.
