Job summary
Rosendin Electric is seeking an Engineer II to provide technical engineering support for mid-level projects. You will guide junior engineers, develop power distribution designs, and prepare system studies and diagrams to meet project requirements.
Role involves field visits, coordination with multiple disciplines, and contributions to value engineering. A bachelor’s in engineering plus 2 years’ experience is expected; EIT/PE and LEED AP are desirable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of engineering experience.
- EIT encouraged and PE registration encouraged.
- LEED AP is desirable for this position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff assigned to your work or team.
- Review and process equipment and system submittals with Engineer of Record.
- Develop complete sequences of operation for electrical systems.
- Support testing, startup, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate study results with project specs, procurement, and construction requirements.
- Visit jobsites for field surveys and data collection.
- Represent the engineering group during construction and commissioning.
