Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Electrical Construction Associate Project Manager to support the Project Manager on large electrical and related projects. The role involves coordinating internal and external teams, assisting with staffing, and helping with estimates and change orders on schedule-driven projects.

Based in a multi-location office, this position requires strong communication, detail orientation, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0-1 year of construction or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training or experience with understanding a project lifecycle.
• Strong communication, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total construction and design effort to align with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Assist in staffing decisions including selection of supervisors and foremen.
• Participate in estimating projects and change order requests.
• Support purchasing, approvals, and safety program implementation per OSHA requirements.
