ArchKey Solutions LLC in Minnesota seeks an Electrical Construction Associate Project Manager to assist the Project Manager on one large project or several smaller ones. You will provide administrative and technical support, help manage budgets, schedules, and staffing, and coordinate with general contractors, subs, and field teams.

The role requires a University degree in engineering or construction management, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel to project

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 0–1 year of construction or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training or experience with project lifecycle.
• Strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in total construction and design effort to align with design, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents and Foremen.
• Assist in staffing approvals including superintendent and foremen selections.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change order requests.
• Support implementation and interpretation of safety programs and OSHA compliance.
