Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks an Electrical Construction Associate Project Manager based in California to assist the Project Manager on large or multiple projects, providing administrative and technical support.

You will coordinate internal and external communications, help with staffing, estimating, purchasing, and change orders while promoting safety and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 0–1 year of construction or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training or applicable skills with a project lifecycle understanding.
• Strong communication, detail orientation and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites.
• Experience with Accubid or Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the total construction and design effort to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members (GCs, subs, superintendents, foremen).
• Assist staffing decisions including superintendent and foreman selection.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payments and change orders.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
