Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC in Clinton, MD is seeking an Electrical Construction Associate Project Manager to support the Project Manager on large projects and smaller ones under supervision. The role involves assisting with design, budgeting, scheduling, and staff allocation.

You will help with estimating, purchasing, and change orders, while promoting safety programs and OSHA compliance on site. Travel to project locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training or skills with understanding of a project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Willing to travel or relocate to project sites.
• Experience with Accubid is a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total construction and design effort to ensure project aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Assist in staff selection including superintendent and foremen.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Assist in safety program implementation and OSHA compliance.
